Community Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a AIS Community Development Manager to join their AIS Network team.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand the AIS Station Owner community by identifying and onboarding new members
• Monitor AIS coverage and identify areas needing improvements
• Evaluate incoming station applications and maintain communication with contributors until stations are operational

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Community Management, Communications, or a similar field
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the maritime industry or AIS technology is preferred
• Familiarity with online community platforms and social media
• Tech-friendly and able to compile comprehensive reports
