Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Development Manager to acquire new HOA and community bulk service agreements in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new HOA and community bulk contracts in new or early-stage markets
  • Target and secure communities lacking service to drive new unit growth through bulk agreements
  • Present to HOA boards, developers, and property managers to explain the value of fiber-based bulk service models
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HOA, property management, or telecom sales with proven success in new market development
  • Exceptional hunter mentality focused on prospecting and relationship building
  • Ability to operate independently and thrive in fast-paced, early-growth environments
