Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Director to manage a team that supports members of the data ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver impactful user support through various channels and maintain high standards
• Manage and mentor Community Analysts while developing a vision for the team
• Lead training programs and collaborate with product teams to provide user insights

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a team
• Fluency with data/tech tools such as BigQuery, Data Studio, and SQL
• Experience in political campaigns or political tech
• Experience in an externally-facing role
• Desire to collaborate with cross-functional partners and support the Democratic Party
