Community Director Remote

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and develop the online provider community experience
• Develop KPIs and initiatives for the Community team
• Manage day-to-day operations of online engagement and measure impact

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience managing communities, ideally in a Tech startup environment
• Experience building and owning KPIs, budgets, and hiring processes
• Demonstrated ability to manage digital community experiences
• Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to create trust and credibility with customers and internal teams
