Key Responsibilities

• Oversee analysts and ensure effective delivery of client value from products
• Manage product strategy execution and client relationship issues
• Collaborate with analytics and technology to monitor product performance and ensure timely client updates

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of supervisory or management experience in a matrixed environment
• 10+ years of experience with State Medicaid Agencies
• 5+ years of experience in CHIP and SNAP programs with eligibility operations leadership
• Strong client and program management experience
• Experience in product development and management
