Job Summary
A company is looking for a Community Engagement Associate to enhance its social media and review channel presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day responses to customer channels, including social media and review platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to address escalations and ensure timely responses
- Identify recurring issues or trends and provide insights to relevant teams
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in community management, internal communications, or PR, preferably in startups
- Experience managing internal communication tools and community platforms
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred; a clinical background is strongly preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise strong judgment and professionalism
- A proactive nature with a strong motivation to meet customer needs
