Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Engagement Associate to enhance its social media and review channel presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day responses to customer channels, including social media and review platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address escalations and ensure timely responses
  • Identify recurring issues or trends and provide insights to relevant teams
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in community management, internal communications, or PR, preferably in startups
  • Experience managing internal communication tools and community platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is preferred; a clinical background is strongly preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise strong judgment and professionalism
