Job Summary

Leading the organization's social media community engagement strategy, the full-time Associate, Community Engagement will manage audience interactions, serve as an on-camera brand voice, and analyze audience insights to enhance communication efforts, with the option to work remotely for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media content creation or account management
  • Demonstrated experience managing community engagement at scale across multiple platforms
  • Strong strategic judgment with the ability to make independent decisions in sensitive situations
  • Proficiency with social media management platforms and community moderation workflows
