Community Engagement Contractor

Job Summary

Focused on community engagement and partnership development, the temporary Community Engagement Contractor will work remotely to cultivate relationships with local employers, promote CIEE programs, and coordinate community events that enhance international exchange opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a local ambassador for CIEE BridgeUSA programs, identifying and cultivating host employer partnerships
• Coordinate quarterly community engagement events and support local initiatives that enhance participant experiences
• Maintain regular communication with internal teams regarding employer feedback and community trends

Required qualifications

• Established network of employers and community connections
• Experience in community engagement, partnership development, or business outreach
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Experience coordinating events or community initiatives preferred
• Familiarity with seasonal employment programs or international exchange programs is a plus
