Community Engagement Coordinator

Job Summary

To support ongoing research initiatives, the part-time Community Engagement Coordinator will coordinate logistics for pilot trials, manage participant data, and engage with local faith communities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate research logistics and participant assessments for pilot trials focused on mental health interventions
• Manage data entry, transcription audits, and qualitative analysis in collaboration with research team members
• Conduct outreach and recruitment efforts within Korean American churches to facilitate participant engagement and support

Required qualifications

• High School degree required
• 0 - 3 years of experience in human subject research coordination or related fields
• Full professional bilingual fluency in both Korean and English
• Experience with qualitative analysis and data integrity checks in behavioral health trials
• Possession of reliable personal transportation for travel to various study sites across the DMV region
