Community Engagement Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a community strategy to drive user engagement and education
• Build and activate a world-class community to accelerate adoption
• Organize digital and in-person community events and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community, marketing, or ecosystem roles in crypto or web3
• Deep familiarity with crypto culture, DeFi, and major ecosystems (EVM & Solana)
• Proven success in managing and growing online communities
• Experience in organizing community events and campaigns
• Passion for protocol infrastructure and DeFi education
