Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community & External Councils Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Convene and manage the AIR External Council, engaging clinical research leaders and patient advocates to guide inclusive research
• Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders to gather patient stories and implement outreach protocols
• Synthesize qualitative insights from community engagements into actionable recommendations for enterprise decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Community Health, or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in community engagement, population health, or patient advocacy roles
• Demonstrated experience with culturally rooted leadership networks
• Expertise in culturally competent outreach and facilitation strategies
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to translate community insights into actionable strategies
