Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Community Leader engagement strategies and communication channels
• Manage editorial calendars and resources for Community Leaders to enhance operational efficiency
• Measure engagement success and gather feedback to inform program improvements

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant work experience in Consulting, Strategy, Product Management, Finance, or Operations
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects at the Executive level
• Proven process management skills with a focus on efficiency
• Ability to manage multiple work streams in a matrixed organization
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
