Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Engagement Manager to strategize and execute brand voice, build community and brand affinity, and drive conversation and earned media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and hone the brand voice and drive brand buzz
  • Identify off-channel conversations and engage with influencers
  • Monitor community discussions, provide insights, and implement moderation guidelines

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of community management experience with high volume brand engagement
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community dynamics
  • Ability to analyze community metrics and use data insights to inform strategies
  • Enthusiastic and empathetic approach to community management
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
