Community Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Engagement Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for volunteer and community leaders in Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with regional development staff to grow fundraising efforts and engage current supporters
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with key groups and community leaders in Indiana
• Oversee the implementation of community engagement programs and track relevant local issues

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business development, fundraising, or relationship cultivation
• Experience in convening groups and setting goals
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of Indiana's non-profit and corporate communities is a plus
• Previous work in a non-profit environment is preferred but not required
