Job Summary

  • Design and manage scalable community systems for large cohorts (500+ participants)
  • Plan and run live programming events, including logistics and facilitation
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing cohort-based programs or learning experiences
  • Strong operational skills with the ability to create structured systems
  • Experience engaging professional or senior audiences as a facilitator
  • Proven ability to drive engagement and achieve outcomes
  • Good judgment on when to intervene or empower group dynamics
