Job Summary
A company is looking for a Community Manager for a 4-month assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and operate the end-to-end cohort experience, ensuring engagement and successful program completion
- Design and manage scalable community systems for large cohorts (500+ participants)
- Plan and run live programming events, including logistics and facilitation
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing cohort-based programs or learning experiences
- Strong operational skills with the ability to create structured systems
- Experience engaging professional or senior audiences as a facilitator
- Proven ability to drive engagement and achieve outcomes
- Good judgment on when to intervene or empower group dynamics
