Community Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Engagement Manager to lead and expand corporate social impact efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of community engagement initiatives, including volunteer programs and charitable campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations and community partners to align engagement efforts with organizational goals
• Develop and implement an annual community engagement strategy with measurable targets and performance tracking

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing community engagement, corporate social responsibility, or philanthropic programs
• Strong background in event planning, program management, and stakeholder coordination
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence across a matrixed organization and with external partners
• Experience developing strategies that increase employee engagement in volunteerism and community initiatives
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience; typically 5+ years for mid-level or 10+ years for more senior candidates
