Job Summary

To support a vibrant community ecosystem, the full-time Community Engagement Manager will cultivate and grow NetBox's global community of practitioners and partners, engage across digital platforms, and build community advocacy programs, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Cultivate and support NetBox's global community by identifying engagement opportunities across digital platforms
  • Proactively monitor community conversations and collaborate with internal teams to address technical inquiries and trends
  • Build and launch the NetBox Heroes advocate program to empower community champions and highlight success stories
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in community marketing, developer relations, or technical advocacy within enterprise technology
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment working cross-functionally with product and marketing teams
  • Demonstrated experience engaging and supporting technical communities, particularly in networking or open-source ecosystems
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing community programs, such as user groups or ambassador programs
  • Experience with event management, including webinars and community meetups
