Community Engagement Manager

Job Summary

To enhance community connections, the full-time Manager - Community Grassroots & Engagement will develop and execute strategic initiatives, oversee program planning and budgeting, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners, with the option to work remotely in select states.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives
• Manage partnerships and stakeholder collaboration, integrating sponsorships and ensuring consistent program delivery
• Assess program impact and track community engagement KPIs to refine activities and support digital outreach

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience
• 5+ years' marketing or community engagement experience
• 3+ years' experience in field marketing or local event-based activation
• 2+ years' supervisory experience
