Community Engagement Manager

Job Summary

To foster a deeply connected ecosystem for LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs, the part-time Community Engagement Manager will manage community mobilization efforts, lead a network of volunteer Leadership Council members, and oversee the execution of over 65 impactful events annually in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and support Leadership Council Chairs to align with strategic growth goals
• Drive logistics for community events, managing venues, vendors, and performance metrics
• Ensure community initiatives reflect and celebrate diverse intersections of LGBTQ+ founders

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in volunteer management, corporate affinity groups, or grassroots community organizing
• Proven ability to recruit and manage distributed or volunteer-led teams
• Strong project management skills with the ability to build consensus across departments
• Self-starter with the ability to manage shifting timelines independently
• Passion for supporting entrepreneurship and the LGBTQ+ professional community
