Job Summary

To support a growing community-focused initiative, the full-time Community Engagement Manager will own customer newsletters, manage organic social media presence, and develop referral programs to enhance customer connection and engagement remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Launch and manage customer newsletters and other communication touchpoints to foster community engagement
  • Oversee organic social media presence on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, focusing on engagement and growth
  • Develop and implement referral programs to encourage word-of-mouth recommendations from customers
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in community, social, or content marketing with ownership of a channel or program
  • Proven ability to create engaging content that resonates with older adults and their families
  • Strong analytical skills to set goals, monitor performance, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Hands-on design skills to create appealing organic content without relying on a designer
  • Experience marketing to older adults, caregivers, or their families is a plus
