Community Engagement Manager

Job Summary

To nurture the community around Stable Audio, the full-time Community Engagement Manager will build and execute engagement programs, create educational content, and drive adoption among musicians, developers, and researchers in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and support the community for Stability AI's audio vertical through workshops, events, and challenges
• Create educational content showcasing generative audio use cases and best practices in collaboration with research and engineering teams
• Engage with platforms to capture community insights and drive adoption, while managing community health metrics

Required qualifications

• Deep music background as a musician, producer, DJ, or music content creator with experience using AI creative tools
• Embedded in music, AI, and builder communities, with the ability to engage credibly in relevant forums
• Experience designing and running community programs that foster engagement and long-term participation
• Strong track record in developer relations or community management in AI, audio/music tech, or related fields
• Collaborative working style with a commitment to personal and professional growth in community building
