Community Engagement Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Engagement Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote SilverSneakers by providing information, product demonstrations, and support at community events
• Lead event presentations and assist with virtual event support as needed
• Maintain communication records, track event details, and report on attendance and enrollment metrics

Required Qualifications

• Ability to complete SilverSneakers teaching criteria and current CPR certification (if leading demos)
• Experience in fitness, wellness, health, nutrition, or senior services
• Event experience preferred
• High degree of computer literacy and proficiency with technology and virtual training tools
• Proficiency in Spanish, Korean, and/or Chinese is highly desirable
