Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare initiative, the full-time Community Engagement Sales Development Representative will execute high-volume outbound outreach to healthcare providers, qualify accounts, and facilitate warm lead handoffs to field teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume outbound cold calling and email outreach to healthcare provider accounts, achieving 80-100+ touchpoints daily
  • Qualify provider accounts based on clinical fit, patient population, and referral intent, while maintaining a tiered account database in Salesforce
  • Deliver well-documented lead handoffs to field-based outreach teams and participate in regular pipeline reviews to refine targeting strategies
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-1 years of professional experience; no prior sales experience required
  • Demonstrated drive and ambition through past achievements in work, athletics, or academics
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a comfort for high-volume outreach
  • Strong verbal communication skills to establish credibility with clinical contacts
