Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Community and Social Engagement Specialist (6-month contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships within the community through thoughtful engagement and moderation
• Support the marketing team by managing community spaces and fostering connections between users and the brand
• Experiment with creative initiatives to enhance community engagement and user experience

Required Qualifications

• Empathetic and user-focused with a strong understanding of community engagement best practices
• Exceptional writing proficiency and ability to facilitate online discussions
• Experience with community management or similar informal roles is preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
