Job Summary

- Identify and curate member-generated content for use in marketing and social media
- Conduct social listening to gather insights and report on brand sentiment and engagement performance
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in community management and/or social media
- Strong command of brand voice and exceptional copywriting skills
- Ability to identify and leverage trending moments on social media
- Familiarity with social media tools such as Sprout Social and Airtable
- Data-driven strategist with a focus on performance analytics
