Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Engagement Specialist to lead their community engagement efforts and enhance social media interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily community engagement across various social channels, responding to comments and DMs
• Identify and curate member-generated content for use in marketing and social media
• Conduct social listening to gather insights and report on brand sentiment and engagement performance

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in community management and/or social media
• Strong command of brand voice and exceptional copywriting skills
• Ability to identify and leverage trending moments on social media
• Familiarity with social media tools such as Sprout Social and Airtable
• Data-driven strategist with a focus on performance analytics
