Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Strategist to help create engaging community experiences for premium customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner during onboarding to maximize member adoption and engagement
  • Facilitate workshops to establish foundations in community design and engagement strategy
  • Develop and deliver strategic Community Design Plans and maintain updates on Host performance
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of client-facing experience, preferably with strategic accounts in a SaaS or media environment
  • 2+ years in a consulting, business coaching, or agency role
  • Deep understanding of community-building and digital member experiences
  • Proven ability to execute long-term plans and define success metrics
  • Highly collaborative and adaptable, thriving in cross-functional environments
