Job Summary
A company is looking for a Community Strategist to help create engaging community experiences for premium customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner during onboarding to maximize member adoption and engagement
- Facilitate workshops to establish foundations in community design and engagement strategy
- Develop and deliver strategic Community Design Plans and maintain updates on Host performance
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of client-facing experience, preferably with strategic accounts in a SaaS or media environment
- 2+ years in a consulting, business coaching, or agency role
- Deep understanding of community-building and digital member experiences
- Proven ability to execute long-term plans and define success metrics
- Highly collaborative and adaptable, thriving in cross-functional environments
