Key Responsibilities

• Identify target cities and regions for in-person gatherings based on community density and growth potential
• Lead all logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, and guest list management
• Build standardized playbooks and manage budgets and vendor relationships for events

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in organizing events for tech companies
• Strong vendor negotiation skills and familiarity with contracts
• Comfortable with international logistics and cross-border payments
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
• Some capacity for international travel
