Job Summary
A company is looking for a Community Fiber Lead to develop and lead new partnership alliances for business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop key account alliances and relationship programs to generate sales opportunities
- Recruit, develop, and lead strategic partner alliances while ensuring customer loyalty and retention
- Evaluate program trends and provide analysis and recommendations to management regarding alliance success
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in the broadband, telecommunications, or technology sector with a focus on strategic partnerships
- Proven success in leading and growing a book of business
- Experience in strategic account management with high-value ISP or wholesale broadband partners
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics for tracking sales performance
