Community Growth Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Growth Analyst to join their Community Strategy and Insights team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the data partner for Community Growth and Marketing teams, translating business questions into analytical projects
• Build and maintain automated dashboards tracking community lifecycle from creation to maturity
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify patterns in moderation, contribution, and engagement for community health

Required Qualifications:

• 4-7+ years of experience in data analytics, growth marketing, or community insights
• Expert-level SQL proficiency; experience with databases, data visualization tools, and CRM systems
• Ability to provide strategic insights from large datasets
• Experience working collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Deep understanding of Reddit's community dynamics is a plus
