- Experience with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms
- Creative mindset with strong research and storytelling abilities
- Bonus: Familiarity with open source developer communities or Apache Flink
- Bonus: Experience in social media content creation for lead generation
