Job Summary

A company in the Education industry is looking for a Community Growth Senior Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive community growth strategy defining the vision and value props
• Create initiatives to increase community engagement and retention
• Develop and oversee all aspects of event marketing program, including creating the strategy and managing end-to-end production of virtual and in-person events

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years' experience in building and scaling online communities, from ideation to execution
• 5+ years' experience in owning event strategy and execution end-to-end
• Proven track record of bringing in vision and developing strategy independently from the group up for the online community
• Experience and ability to lead, motivate and coach a high-performing team
• Strong project management and collaboration skills to manage multiple tasks and projects while sticking to deadlines
