Job Summary
To enhance brand visibility, the part-time Community Content & Growth Specialist will build an organic presence across Reddit, Quora, and other online communities by creating valuable content and managing community engagement remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Research relevant conversations and user needs on Reddit and Quora
- Write high-quality posts, comments, and answers that provide real value to users
- Manage Think Academy's subreddit, including content planning, posting, engagement, and moderation
Required qualifications
- At least one year of hands-on experience managing Reddit and Quora accounts or communities
- Excellent English writing, editing, and research skills
- Strong ability to analyze user intent and audience needs
- Familiarity with Reddit culture, subreddit rules, moderation, and engagement best practices
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
