Job Summary
Owning revenue growth and partner success within their assigned portfolio, the full-time Community Guide will identify and capture revenue opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive operational alignment in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Drive measurable growth in applications, funded loans, and average loan size while diagnosing performance gaps
- Serve as the primary relationship owner, building strong partnerships and expanding revenue through strategic account development
- Track and report on key performance indicators, maintaining accurate account data in Salesforce
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in revenue ownership and performance metrics accountability
- Strong Salesforce/CRM proficiency and disciplined data management habits
- Experience in tech-forward, mortgage, fintech, or enablement environments preferred
- Ability to build trust quickly with a wide range of stakeholders
- Familiarity with the manufactured housing industry is a plus
