A company is looking for a Community Health Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments in rural areas and small markets, including outreach and stakeholder engagement
• Customize assessment tools and synthesize findings into clear summaries and project documentation
• Assist with policy, systems, and environmental improvements in rural communities and support data refinement efforts

Required Qualifications

• Basic research and data gathering skills, including conducting interviews and surveys
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/365 tools (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
• Ability to synthesize information into clear summaries and basic reports
• Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote role
• Comfortable managing tasks with minimal supervision
