Job Summary

Community Health Initiatives Specialist is a full-time, grant-funded position responsible for providing operational and customer service support for Community and Rural Health Initiatives, including education and training for professionals and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service for family programs and services, addressing inquiries and issues related to various products
  • Coordinate the triaging of education-related inquiries and collaborate with IT and call center for timely issue resolution
  • Support data collection, tracking, and reporting related to workforce development and community resource coordination
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment under deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
  • Experience with constituent/data management systems is preferred
