Community Health Strategy Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, National Community Health Worker Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a visioning process with the Ministry of Health to assess and improve the Community Health Worker program
• Conduct a comprehensive gap analysis and update the Program Quality Improvement Plan
• Co-develop a roadmap for the CHW Strategy, ensuring alignment with evidence and stakeholder input

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in public health, health management, or related fields, or equivalent experience
• Progressive professional experience in health care optimization and health systems design
• Experience working with Global Fund financing and civil society
• Experience in health systems strengthening, community health, and policy development
• Strong understanding of community health programs in Sub-Saharan Africa, particularly in Sierra Leone
