Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Health Worker - AI Trainer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured feedback based on professional experience
• Develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect community health work
• Work independently and flexibly on a remote and asynchronous basis

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least 4 years of professional experience in community health work
• Experience engaging with community members to promote health education
• Ability to maintain client records and conduct basic health services
• Experience facilitating access to social services and advocating for community health needs
• Willingness to participate in asynchronous work with AI labs
