Job Summary

To support community engagement and systems change, the full-time remote Community Initiatives Partner will manage capacity-sharing activities, design inclusive learning experiences, and develop relationships with immigrant-led organizations while collaborating closely with internal teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage logistical readiness for capacity-sharing activities and convenings, ensuring alignment with community priorities
  • Design and deliver high-quality learning experiences and convening agendas that promote collaboration and shared vision among diverse stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with community partners, facilitating communication and translating insights into actionable strategies
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Justice, Adult Education, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and delivering convenings or multi-stakeholder initiatives, preferably in the nonprofit sector
  • 3+ years of project management experience, with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and inclusive facilitation techniques
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex ideas into accessible materials
