Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President (VP), Community Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage programmatic growth and financial sustainability of community-based programs
• Generate revenue and cultivate partnerships to support existing programs and organizational growth
• Develop systems for knowledge management and dissemination of organizational learning

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated leadership and relationship management experience with an equitable and anti-racist lens
• Proven ability to develop and operationalize growth strategies
• Experience in revenue generation and partnership management
• 10+ years of program and team management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
