Community Lead, Developer Relations
Job Summary
To enhance OpenRouter's developer community, the full-time Community Lead, Developer Relations will manage Discord stewardship, community programs, and moderation efforts while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and run OpenRouter's Discord, designing events and challenges to engage the community
- Scale recognition programs for community contributors and recruit a team of moderators
- Continuously gather and report community sentiment to inform product feedback and improvements
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in community management or developer community roles
- Proven experience managing Discord communities at scale, including events and moderation
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and their APIs
- Strong written communication skills across various social platforms
- Self-directed and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on scalable community engagement
