Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategically build trust and affinity among diverse creator communities
• Create and manage meaningful events for the program
• Develop and maintain relationships with Guild Leaders and internal teams to ensure program success

Required Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of DEI best practices and experience in leading DEI programs
• 1+ year of experience in building successful programs in a technology or corporate setting
• 3+ years of experience in leading DEI programs or events
• Expert level knowledge of Discord
