Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Community Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unifying Vercel communities into a single offering for greater customer value
  • Implementing and iterating on the new community platform
  • Directly interacting with community members to assist in their success with Vercel

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of building and growing tech communities
  • 5+ years experience in creating, nurturing, and growing exceptional customer communities
  • Experience working with Vercel technologies and backend runtime environments
  • Understanding of CDNs, caching techniques, and DNS
  • Fluency in another language is a bonus
