Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Community Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unifying Vercel communities into a single offering for greater customer value
- Implementing and iterating on the new community platform
- Directly interacting with community members to assist in their success with Vercel
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record of building and growing tech communities
- 5+ years experience in creating, nurturing, and growing exceptional customer communities
- Experience working with Vercel technologies and backend runtime environments
- Understanding of CDNs, caching techniques, and DNS
- Fluency in another language is a bonus
