Community Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a vibrant and supportive community for trainers and QA team members on Discord and other platforms
• Develop and implement engagement strategies to ensure high participation rates and a positive community atmosphere
• Create and launch incentive plans to motivate and reward community members for their contributions and achievements

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in community management, particularly in online communities like Discord
• Familiarity with large language models and AI technologies (preferred)
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Experience in developing and executing successful engagement strategies and incentive plans
• Positive attitude and a passion for building and nurturing communities
