Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in community building, operations, or partnerships
- Experience in remote, fast-paced, or globally distributed teams, preferably in early-stage startups
- Proven track record in designing and scaling engagement programs
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and high empathy
- Experience with both in-person and online community-building
