A company is looking for a Founding Community Manager to lead the growth and engagement of a global expert community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead community expansion efforts and grow the expert network
• Attend and represent the company at key conferences and industry events
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline onboarding and improve expert engagement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community building, operations, or partnerships
• Experience in remote, fast-paced, or globally distributed teams, preferably in early-stage startups
• Proven track record in designing and scaling engagement programs
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and high empathy
• Experience with both in-person and online community-building
