Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Manager to serve as the voice and bridge between users and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer support tickets and ensure a high customer satisfaction score
  • Engage actively in community spaces and maintain relationships with affiliates and contributors
  • Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to inform product development
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • 4+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer support or community engagement
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, especially Amazon Seller Central
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Comfortable in public-facing roles with a proactive engagement approach
