Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets and ensure a high customer satisfaction score
- Engage actively in community spaces and maintain relationships with affiliates and contributors
- Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to inform product development
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- 4+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer support or community engagement
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, especially Amazon Seller Central
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Comfortable in public-facing roles with a proactive engagement approach
