• Manage user accounts, permissions, and technical aspects of the community platform
• Organize, curate, and publish content while maintaining quality standards and addressing user inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Minimum undergraduate degree with 2-5 years of experience in community management
• Strong understanding of online community platforms and analytics
• Experience with intranet and community platforms, preferably LumApps
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
• Proactive mindset with a passion for supporting employee communities
