Community Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Manager to support and grow a global network focused on participatory democracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver member workshops, events, and activities to strengthen community engagement
• Coordinate community growth strategies and manage member onboarding processes
• Plan and manage collective governance systems for member decision-making

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in managing membership communities at the international level
• Proven ability to engage and grow networks of organizations and individuals
• Strong community organizing and relationship-building skills across diverse cultures
• Intermediate understanding of participatory democracy and community empowerment
• Familiarity with project management systems and tools
