Job Summary
A company is looking for a Community Manager to support and grow a global network focused on participatory democracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver member workshops, events, and activities to strengthen community engagement
- Coordinate community growth strategies and manage member onboarding processes
- Plan and manage collective governance systems for member decision-making
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in managing membership communities at the international level
- Proven ability to engage and grow networks of organizations and individuals
- Strong community organizing and relationship-building skills across diverse cultures
- Intermediate understanding of participatory democracy and community empowerment
- Familiarity with project management systems and tools
