Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Manager to lead and engage their online community in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and moderate the Facebook Group, ensuring member engagement and adherence to community guidelines
  • Analyze community interactions to gather insights and compile performance reports for the Facebook Group and other social media channels
  • Collaborate with the social media team to create and publish content, while assisting with administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of experience in community management or social media, particularly with Facebook Groups
  • Genuine interest and understanding of the Food space
  • Exceptional empathy and interpersonal skills for engaging with a diverse community
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a knack for initiating online conversations
