A company is looking for a Community & Discord Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the internal creator Discord community to ensure it is active and performance-driven
• Build and execute the creator engagement strategy, including events and incentives
• Coach creators on content quality and performance optimization through direct support and resources

Required Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in community management, creator relations, or social media
• Deep understanding of TikTok culture and creator behavior
• Experience hosting events or live coaching sessions
• Highly organized with the ability to manage high-volume community engagement
• Experience using Discord communities at scale
