Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community & Discord Manager to oversee the internal creator community for TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the internal creator Discord community for engagement and performance
• Develop and implement a creator engagement strategy, including events and coaching
• Facilitate daily operations, including moderating discussions and addressing creator inquiries

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 4+ years of experience in community management, creator relations, or social media
• Deep understanding of TikTok culture and creator behavior
• Experience hosting events or coaching sessions
• Highly organized with the ability to manage high-volume engagement
• Experience using Discord communities at scale
